Should we be allowed to carry smart phones to school?
为了落实教育部提出的“五项管理规定”，我校明确规定：中学生不能携带智能手机入校园。对此不同的同学有不同的看法。学校英文报正在以“Should we be allowed to carry smart phones to school?” 为题开展征文活动，请你结合以下信息，写一篇短文投稿。
要求：
（1）介绍与手机相关的校规；简单描述表格中的不同观点及理由；表达你的观点并阐述至少2点原因。
（2）80词左右（标题和开头都已给出，不计入总词数）；
（3）文中不得出现真实人名和校名。
Recently, our school has set a rule that middle school students are not allowed to bring smart phones to school. Different students have different ideas about it.
Some students agree with this rule, they think that students have no self-control and phones influence our schoolwork. Others disagree because they find it useful to keep in touch with friends and families.
In my opinion, students should follow the rule. Firstly, without phones, students can concentrate more on their studies. Secondly, it prevents them from being addicted to games and social media.
